A hundereds year old tradition of building wooden houses in the northern lands has prooven the use of building such houses for number of reasons:

• Finally, the longevity of such houses is prooven by the wooden houses hundered or two hundered years old. With the modern means for deep impregnation (with bacteriological, fungal and fire protection) their lifetime is even longer.
