The price for constructing a wooden house is individual according to the size and clients wishes and is based on the price of the square meter of the wall.
The price for 1 m2 from halfcylinder wood:
5 cm - 45 €
7 cm - 59 €
9 cm - 72 €
11 cm - 88 €
The price includes making of construction documentation, construction and montage in the scene. To this basic prise is added a price for joinery by clients wish (at the prices in the stores or custom made) and truss with coverture by wish, internal instalations and the sandwitch by the clients special wishes.
So the grounfloore house sized 10x14m, with no instalations and internal coating at Your bedplate, made out of halfcylinder wood 5cm thick would cost 23.000,00 €:

The price includes construction and montage complete with the truss and coverture, joinery and impregnation which is about 165 €/m2 of the layout.
